Mickey Mouse Reverse Parade for AJ

FreeAj (Arthur James Frederick) Drews was born January 9th 2019. He was born with Hypoplastic left heart heart syndrome. (He has no left ventricle of his heart-which pumps blood to the body). He had his first emergency surgery at 36 hours old and would have another 2 heart surgeries, suffer a stroke, 9 heart caths , 10 months inpatient. He is in heart failure and currently doesn’t qualify for another surgery or a transplant (he is being reevaluated ,so here is to hoping). He was also diagnosed with stage 3 kidney failure last week. This kid has been through a lot and through it all continues to smile and be happy.
He has two older sisters and a younger newborn, baby sister. Let’s help encourage Little AJ and his family as he turns 2 with a Mickey & Friends themed reverse parade*! Join us as we park and decorate our cars in Disney characters and themes! AJ and his family will drive (or stroll, if it’s warm enough) past our parked, decorated vehicles and create lasting memories!
*What is a REVERSE PARADE? It is a parade that stays stationary, while spectators (namely Little AJ and family)will stay in their vehicles and drive past. … To help maintain safety, those in the parade will wear masks and stay distant from other groups in the parade
