Are you interested in how you can reduce landfill usage, reduce greenhouse gases and increase the productivity of your garden soil? On March 12th from 10am to noon, join Leesylvania State Park staff, Friends of Leesylvania State Park, and Virginia Cooperative Extension Prince William Master Gardener, Patrick Lucas, for the why, what, and how of composting, the first session of the park’s 2022 Sustainability Series. The Sustainability Series, in partnership with the Virginia Cooperative Extension (VCE), is one of Leesylvania State Park’s keystone programs for 2022.
