Hosted by BLUE STAR MOTHERS OF FREDERICKSBURG Sponsored by GEICO THOMS KING, LOCAL AGENT AND THUNDER 104.5 Children and adults are invited to participate in the July 4th Roll N’ Stroll. Parents are responsible for the safety and behavior of their children, and must immediately pick up their child at the end. Line up at 9 am in the VRE parking lot at the corner of Caroline Street and Frederick Street, parade will follow Caroline Street from the train station to Market Square. Prizes for best adult and child costumes & best decorated bicycle and wagon/stroller. 9:10- 9:20 am Judging will take place. 9:25 am Winners announced. 9:30 am Rolling Out! No Parking at VRE parking lot. No floats or motors please. Well behaved dogs on a leash welcome. Spectators are needed to line the parade route.
