American Legion Stafford Cemeteries Memorial Day Flag Placement

Every Memorial Day weekend the Stafford American Legion Post 290 ensures that every Veteran is honored by the placement of a flag on their grave site. Volunteers are needed This is an amazing event for the young to learn about history and a great family adventure. Flags are pre stagged in groups by cemeteries with directions and instructions. Pick-up will be on a first come first served basis. The flag bundles will be passed out starting at 0800 on Saturday. Time: 0800 Date: 28 May 2022 Location: American Legion Post 290 Annex, 1204 American Legion Road (County Road 628), Stafford. Thank you for helping us honor the fallen.
