First Day Hike: Paws to the Potomac

Bring your pup to the park and start the new year off in a pawsitively awesome way. Join a park ranger and his bark ranger companion for a hike to the Potomac River at Boyd’s Hole and back. Along the way we will stop to discuss park history and doggy trail etiquette.
Your dog companions should be pup friendly and need to remain on a leash (VA law). Bring water and snacks for both yourself and your canine companions. Dress for the weather. The hike is 3.5 miles round trip on easy to moderate gravel trails.
