$35The Fredericksburg Fallen Heroes are welcoming this great honor to host the 41st Annual Heritage Festival 5 Mile Race. We are excited to work with FARC to be apart of their Coldwell Banker Elite Grand Prix Series.

July 4th: 6:30 a.m. – 7:15 a.m. at the Fredericksburg Visitors Center at 706 Caroline Street. Please allow enough time to complete your registration process.

Race will start approximately 2.5 blocks from location. You may register the same day of the event, but please arrive early to complete full registration. No guarantees on late registrations.

Get ready to bring on your best patriotic reflection of Independence for the Annual Heritage 5 Miler Race.
Bring your flags, your favorite red, white and blue shorts, tutu’s, socks, hats or anything that shows you are ready to show your patriotism.
Specialty awards for best man and woman: Patriotic/independence day outfit reflecting their support to our military and country.

Runners must finish by 8:45 a.m. to win an award.
Chip Timing:
Will be provided by Arsenal, using disposable Chronotrack bib tags. Bibs are to be worn on your front, no bib, no time.

Support:
Race marshals and the several of the City of Fredericksburg Police department will be available along the course to protect runners.

“Baby joggers are permitted in the race as long as they maintain a steady racing pace and start in the back. Racing chairs may also participate with prior coordination with the Race Director.”
Disqualification will occur if these rules are not followed.

Along with helping our Veterans/First Responders we are the main provider for the Wreaths Across America program for the Oak Hill location where we have approximately 1000 Veterans laid to rest.
Our organization makes sure no Veteran is forgotten for this program with a hand made wreath especially made just for them to honor their sacrifice and dedication to our great nation.
We look forward to seeing you and good luck on the 4th.
