Puppy Yoga

$20What better way to release some tension than by practicing yoga and mingling with little furry friends up for adoption than with Puppy Yoga at Old Dominion Humane
Society (ODHS) in Fredericksburg from at 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday, March 17.
The session is led by a certified yoga instructor, who will lead guests through some stretches as the irresistible puppies join in for a fun evening.
Proceeds from the event will maintain the ODHS facility and provide veterinary care and food for the dogs. It helps ODHS in its mission to provide well-matched, permanent homes for animals in need through rescue, rehabilitation and education.
Puppy Yoga is $20 per person, $30 per couple and $5 for children 12 years and under. Guests can pay cash or Venmo at the door, which will open at 6:30 p.m. Doors will remain open until capacity is reached.
ODHS is located at 3602 Lafayette Boulevard in Fredericksburg. Adoption events are Wednesdays from 5-7 p.m., Saturdays from 12-4 p.m. and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
