Free“The Scottish Society of Fredericksburg will Celebrate Tartan Day 2021 Saturday April 3 from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m., in front of the Hugh Mercer Apothecary Shop, 1020 Caroline St., in downtown Fredericksburg. There will be a display of Scottish items and members will answer questions and hand out brochures about the SSoF for those interested in joining the organization. The event is free!”
