The Fredericksburg Big Band presents The Nutcracker Swings

Enjoy a fun musical and educational afternoon with the Fredericksburg Big Band. The Christmas/Holiday concert will feature a short (recorded) section from Tchaikovsky’s Nutcracker followed by the the Fredericksburg Big Band playing the Ellington/Strayhorn arrangement of the same movement. The concert will round out with holiday classics, such as The Christmas Song, Sleigh Ride, Winter Wonderland and of course Mariah Carey’s All I Want for Christmas.
