UMW presents The Rocky Horror Show

$5 – $30UMW Theatre will continue its 2022-23 season with The Rocky Horror Show, book, music, and lyrics by Richard O’Brien. This cult-classic follows the soon-to-be-wed lovebirds, Brad and Janet, who find themselves stranded on the side of the road amid a thunderstorm. When seeking shelter, they discover a peculiar castle in the woods that belongs to the mysterious Dr. Frank ’N’ Furter. As their night takes a turn for the unexpected, the couple begins to question everything they once knew. A gothic musical of rock’n’roll, an abundance of eccentric characters, and one wild science experiment leads to an unforgettable experience. In an exciting display of song and dance, this musical is an orator for the acceptance of nonconformity, change and growth.
