VA Claims Workshop

American Legion Post 320 located at 8456 Brock Rd, Spotsylvania Virginia, will host a Veterans Claim workshop for all area Veterans that require assistance in starting, amending or sending a rebuttal to the Veterans Affairs administration (in Roanoke VA, which handles Veterans living in this area).
The workshop will start at 8am and is scheduled to go until the last veteran that is signed in that morning is seen, or has a follow-up appointment scheduled with one of the Services Officers.
There is no need to schedule an appointment as this will be a walk-in, first come/first seen workshop. There will be multiple Service Officers in attendance.
You do need to bring all of your paper-work related to your claim with you, also insure that you have more than one copy of your records/files in case your Service Officers needs to send a copy through the Postal Service. Many of the claims will be “Faxed” to the VA to speed up the process.
